- I lived in Glen Ellyn, Illinois until I was about 6. Then I moved to Texas with my mom and my sister. I graduated from Plano East High School. I went to college at Drury University in Springfield, MO. I earned my BA in French, Spanish and Secondary Education. Then I went to France for a year and taught English. My hubby and I got married in 2000. We have two beautiful little girls. I've been teaching French, English as a Second Language, Spanish and now French again at East High.
